Our team consist of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds and extensive knowledge of the finance industry. Our team members hold advanced degrees in finance, accounting, and related fields, and have years of experience working with Family Offices, private equity firms, and other financial institutions.
José Aquino is a finance expert with over 25 years of experience in financial analysis and corporate finance, focusing on financial management, business valuation, and asset management. He has served on the boards of numerous companies in the energy and building materials sectors. For the past 15 years, he has been the CFO of Putney Capital Management, an asset management firm affiliated with INICIA. Currently, he advises Putney/INICIA and works with other prominent families as their financial or investment advisor. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from INTEC and a Master’s Degree in International Business with a specialization in Finance from the International University of Florida, both earned with honors. Additionally, he has completed courses in finance and private equity at institutions including BARNA, the University of Chicago, Harvard Business School, Northwestern University, and Instituto Empresa. José has also taught the Master’s degree program in Business Administration at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and other educational institutions.
